This position is located in Lava Hot Springs, Idaho We are looking for a staff member for our onsite Cafe.
Lava Hot Springs is a great little mountain town located in SE Idaho.

Responsibilities:
Taking orders and preparing breakfast items, plating pastries, baking, learning how to make speciality coffees, keeping dining and kitchen clean and tidy.
Must be a morning person, have an outgoing personality with attention to excellent attendance and ability to communicate and work as a team.
Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies for coffee bar.
Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
Serves prepared breakfast items, coffee, teas and other items.
Able to ring up orders and handle cash or credit card transactions.
Enhances coffee shop reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Cleans public areas/tables and counters.
Washes daily dishes and cleans/sanitizes kitchen during and at completion of shift.
